Return Policy

Online (E-Commerce) Purchases

☑ Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

☑ Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.

☑ The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

☑ A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

☑ Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 days, minus the restocking fee.

In-Store Purchases

☑ Items must be unused and in original condition with all packaging and tags.

☑ A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

☑ Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Additional Notes

Bikes that appear to have been ridden for more than a test ride, installed components, or used gear are not eligible for return.

Special orders, custom builds, and used/sale/clearance items are final sale.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.
