Online (E-Commerce) Purchases
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus the restocking fee.

In-Store Purchases
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
- Items must be unused and in original condition with all packaging and tags.
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Additional Notes
- Bikes that appear to have been ridden for more than a test ride, installed components, or used gear are not eligible for return.
- Special orders, custom builds, and used/sale/clearance items are final sale.
- We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.
